Our apartments for three or four persons have a lounge with a permanent bed, bedroom with single or bunk beds , bathroom with bath or shower, wooden floors, separate kitchen, private balcony or terrace. Harmony, sobriety, elegance make the whole ambience ideal to pass fantastic days here in the Dolomites.
Each apartment has: TV-SAT, free internet connection (lan-cable and wireless), safe, haidryer and towel rail, courtesy set at arrival, make-up tissues. In th kitchen there is all one could possibly need, including a coffee making machine and a kettle. There are aso those nice extras such as scottex and a washing machine with detergent supplied. Morever, bed linen, table attire, and cleaning items for the kitchen and bathroom are provided. Towels, robes and slippers for the ,Oasis del Relax‘ are ready and waiting for one on arrival.

All of the apartments of the Giardun Residence are furnished in great detail and come complete with every comfort, including necessary linen and towels for the bedroom, bathromm and kitchen. Cleaning of the apartment is daily (except on Sundays and public holidays) and is included in the price. Linen and other items for the kitchen are changed twice a week, bathroom towels once a week and whilst sheets for beds are changed weekly. We offer a service of fresh bread daily, Sundays excluded.
Outdoor parking is free of extra charge, as is the WI-FI internet connection. Parking in one of the ten garage spaces available costs extra.
The Residence is just a stone’s throw from the village centre, and just over one hundred metres to the lift systems. For the joy of the kids there is a play-park adjacent to the woods.
